Mother guilt should be way more talked about because it feels like a I have an illness about it.

I can dig it I feel guilty because I couldn't give my kids the life they should have had ! My kids are well into adult hood and still I feel guilty when I spend money on myself !

I feel guilty that I cannot do more to help my mom financially – reverse mom guilt? Now that I have a full-time, decent paying job I hope to do more, but idk if I should focus on my savings first for emergencies or retirement?
