Mine aren't either. I don't think I've earned points since last week, but I've been coming everyday, posting, and reading. I still can't access the surveys. A lot of people have been having issues with the scratch cards and rewards too… I think they should give everyone a $5 for continuing to going through this with no stable rewards.

I reached out to them on Twitter about this and they said they would look into it. Might be worth it for you to do too. Their handles are @wearesaverlife and @saverlifeorg – might get a better response if it was more than just me!
