Pretty frustrating. And my balance doesn’t show as saving 100 for the race to win.

I'm not getting my 250 points for depositing money or the 25 for logging a budget. I always get the 15 for reading the daily article, now that I know you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to get credit.

I also got an email from SL saying they'd awarded me an extra 2000 points for no reason, but when I checked, they actually hadn't given me any.

I appreciate what they're doing, but they really need some programming help or people are going to get angry and quit. :(

I emailed SaverLife about my points not being credited and kind of got blown off. They said the $5 deposits only get credited once a week, on Monday, so if you deposit on Tuesday, you won't see the 250 points till the following Monday. However, that still doesn't explain why sometimes I don't get credit at all. Then they said that because I had deposits on Mondays, the system was missing them because they were deposited at the wrong time and could I just deposit later. Since I can't control when I get paid for certain things, that's not helpful. I have noticed that sometimes I read the article of the day, and the points are credited hours later instead of immediately, though I think there are times when they don't ever show up. Still, something is better than nothing, and I've won $20 worth of scratchers over the last few months. And at least they're trying to help out in some way.
