No, it happened to me too. They said they're working on it
WOW!! I am having the same problem right now. I have won twice but am unable to collect because of that api error. I'm not worried though because one thing about SaverLife they are honest.
My account keeps unlinking. 
I hope they fix it soon :/ kinda buggy
