My bank is available as a choice but when I put my user name and password in it says it is not correct. The same thing happened when I tried to use expirian credit boost. I am putting in the correct user name and password… I don't understand why this is happening.

We're so sorry you're experiencing log-in issues. Is there a way for you to check your log-in credentials or try linking another account like PayPal?
