I have been saving for 3 weeks now while linked to Saverlife, but it does not show anywhere on Saverlife the increase in my savings, so I have not gotten points each week for saving the minimum of $5 and it is not registering for the challenges. Anyone else have this issue? How do I get it to update if I already linked my account? Is there a way to get points backdated? I am so confused and frustrated with this site and was so excited at first, but it only seems to work half the time and I am almost ready to throw in the towel.
I have tried submitting a help ticket, so far they replied, but did not address anything - I asked about the missing points and the savings. I sent them another one this morning to see if it can get fixed. We will see what happens.
I'm having a similar problem where it shows the increase in my savings but doesn't credit me the points. I submit a request for help with this issue so hopefully, there will be an answer/solution soon.
They said my account did not link correctly, so I am trying again, but will likely give up on this site if it doesn't work.
I think sometimes it's just glitchy
