Each week I get the sales fliers and online sales. I look at the BOGOs. With all that being said. I make a grocery list for the week. I onlg buy those items. I may need to go to about 2 stores occasionally 3 stores. I get 194 a month and that covers me for the entire month. I even have some left over ever month. The key is not steer away from your list.

My problem is due to covid I have to go whenever a ride is available and wherever they want to go. I need to clip coupons and buy more frozen food. I'll save more money preparing food than buying instant microwavable meals.

I agree! Hyvee is a grocery store in my area and they mail monthly coupons that display 4 columns representing each week of whatever month it is. I circle what I think I may buy for the month and keep it posted on my bulletin board. To get the discount you have to bring the coupon with you. I am not a regular shopper at Hyvee but occasionally I visit just for these monthly sales.

I utilize both coupons.com and https://ibotta.onelink.me/iUfE/8cc13c64?friend_code=fqhmkve for coupons and rebates on my purchases. I've been making snap purchases on Ibotta through Walmart pickup and delivery. After I mark the coupons and make the purchases through that app I take the receipt and upload it to coupons.com for any cashback coupons on that app. I've saved over $1000 in the past 5 months using this app combination.

Amazon Fresh saves me a good amount of time and money when it comes to buying groceries using SNAP. Ibotta and Fetch Rewards are two other things that I use to stretch my food dollars, and you can even link your online accounts (Walmart+, Amazon, etc.)
