I don’t seem to get points for new balances in my connected account whenever money flows in. I also don’t seem to get points for completing certain tasks.
I am also missing the points for bookmarking the IRS tool.
It is always hit or miss when it comes to getting credit for points. I always have to email them because the daily article points never get credited.
Yes I’ve missed out on a few points here and there when reading articles or doing activities
Same, I am missing points for checking out the voting resources article.
I am missing my points for my recent deposit. I had to message because my deposit wasn't showing. The next day my deposit showed, but no points so I messaged again. Let's see if I get my points…

Yes I am having this same problemed I have already email about and waiting for someone to get back to me. please update if you get any more info.
I have completed all tasks available and it only gave me credit/points for reading 1 article. And it was only 15 points.

I haven't been receiving my points for the $5 save weekly 250 points for a few weeks now
When your money is deposited the points won't be credited until the following week
I haven't received points for reading daily posts the last couple of days. This isn't the first time it's happened either. Is anyone else having this issue? I tried the website and app.
I'm also not getting points for anything. I just started here and the lack of points being awarded sure seems sketchy.
Its touch and go with me. Like today it only gave me points for 3 activities when I did everyone available.
It doesn't always at first but will either the next day or following monday
I have the same problem on not receiving coins for the little tasks that are offered.
I was wondering if I was doing something wrong, also. But it looks like maybe it's not me?
Same…especially weekly logins and saving $5. The only thing I do seem to get points for is Article of the Day.
Where are our points - I did not my 250 points for saving last week OR my 50 points for signing in weekly - I email them and I never hear anything back
