I need help learning to budget and not spend so much
Start by reducing the wants vs needs
controlling spending js the hardest part of budgeting, doubly so if mar ried and even harder with children.
write down your budget and look at it frequently. When I first started doing this it stressed me out but as time went on it got much less stressful.

It was very hard to budget when my Husband was on Chemotherapy. I did the best I could.
