How high does the scratch off amount goes up to?

I see where you could win a $5 scratch off. So, I was just wondering is it just $5 or could you win win more in dollars or are there other incentives you can win?

$5 for the weekly but I think it used to be up to $10 if you saved that much in a week. The special events give you chance at more and values there differ but tend to be higher (with a lower chance of winning I think).
