So I Didn't get my scratch ticket.. I gave the 250 points and then it said error u didn't get my ticket and they took my points.. Another problem I had was that I deposited 100$ in my account and it isn't showing up in the 100$ challenge or that I've saved it.. I don't know what to do.. I finally saved up enough to compete in this challenge and it isn't even counting the 100$ I put in the account…

I think there is a software issue. At times my points and or bank balance doesn't update.
